  1. Sparkle:

  3. The module sparkle.sea is a self extracting archive, and contains
  4. the latest version of sparkle.  Sparkle plays mpeg files on the 
  5. Macintosh.  Double click on the module, and place the contents in
  6. a folder on your disk.
  7.  
  8. Sparkle is provided courtesy of Maynard James Handley, who now 
  9. works for Apple Computer.  He has given SIGGRAPH 95 permission
  10. to place Sparkle on this CD-ROM.
  11.  
  12. Maynard has placed some restrictions on Sparkle in the past; in
  13. general, all he asks is that you ask his permission to put it on
  14. a CD-ROM.  There are a variety of README files in the archive;
  15. please read them for information and any restrictions on the 
  16. use of Sparkle.

  18. Sparkle uses Threads, and if you are using MacOS 7.1 or earlier, 
  19. you will need to install the Threads init.  Threads is already in
  20. MacOS 7.5.
